Aaron and Anne-Sophie

I just got word that my grandmother has passed away after months of battling cancer. She died on December 8th. In many ways this is a relief for the family to see her suffering end . . . unfortunately I neither have the time nor disposition to write much further on the matter at this moment. . . I think I still have to let it sink in before I can even begin to ponder this and write something half eloquent about her. The other question is whether or not I’ll be able to return to California for the funeral. For those of you in the Bay Area, her funeral is on the 19th.
